INGREDIENTS:

  • Oil : 2 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp
  • Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
  • Ginger and Garlic paste : 2 tsp
  • Onion : 1
  • Tomotoes : 2
  • Coriander Powder : 2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder : 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Potatoes (boiled) : 3
  • Spring Onions : 1 cup

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Firstly take a kadai and heat 2 tbsp oil.

2. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds.

    3. 1 tsp mustard seeds and saute.

    4. Next add 2 tsp ginger and garlic paste and saute well.

    5. Add 1 finely chopped onion.

    6. Add 2 tsp corriander powder and cook for 1 minute on low flame.

    7. Add 2 finely chopped tomatoes and mix well.

    8. Add 1 tsp turmeric Powder.

    9.  1 tsp kashmiri lal mirch powder.

    10. Salt to taste and mix well.

    11. Cook until the tomatoes become soft.

    12. Now add 3 boiled and cubed potatoes.

    13. Combine well with the spices.

    14. Cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

    15. Add 1 cup chopped spring onions.

    16. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

    17. Spring onion and potato vegetable is ready to serve.
