Potato Peanut Fry Recipe | व्रत में बनाये आलू और मूंगफली की ये आसान सी रेसिपी | Navratri Special

Peanut Potato Fry is a delicious combination of potatoes and peanut. Its a unique farali recipe you can make for Navratri upvas or as a fasting recipe.

This farali recipe is made with boiled potatoes, cruchy roasted peanuts and basic spices. Peanut potato fry ready in less than 30 minutes with minimum efforts and most importantly anyone can make this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Ghee : 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds : ½ tsp
  • Raw peanuts : ¼ cup
  • Green Chillies : 2
  • Boiled Potatoes : 2
  • Rock Salt (sendha namak) : as per taste
  • Coriadner leaves : handful
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Firstly, heat 1 tbsp ghee in a kadai or pan.

2. Add ½ tsp cumin seeds and saute.

3. Add ¼ cup raw peanuts.

4. Fry peanuts on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

5. Now add 2 finely chopped green chillies.

6. Saute for a minute.

7. Further add 2 boiled potatoes.

8. Add rock salt (sendha namak) as per taste.

9. Fry it on high flame for 4-5 minutes or till it turns in light brown colour.

10. Now turn off the flame and add handful coriander leaves.

11. Lastly add 2 tsp of lemon juice.

12. And give a good mix.

13. Potato fry is ready, transfer it in a serving bowl.

14. ENJOY healthy and delicious snack during fasts…..
