  • 400 grams grated paneer

2. Add 400 grams condensed milk.

3. Add 4 tbsp milk powder.

4. Mix well.

5. Stir continuously keeping the flame on low.

6. Add ½ tsp cardamom powder and combine well.

7. Once the mixture starts thicken, turn off the flame.

8. Now transfer the prepared mixture into greased plate lined with baking paper.

9. Spread out evenly and set well.

10. Further sprinkle some chopped cashews on milk cake.

11. Sprinkle some chopped pistachios.

12. Further press the dry fruits slightly with the help of spatula.

13. Allow it to cool and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

14. Set completely, now unmould the milk cake.

15. Cut the milk cake into pieces.
