Green Chutney Recipe | Green Chutney for Sandwich | Mint and Coriander Chutney / Hari Chutney with detailed video and image.

Delicious fresh green chutney made using fresh coriander and mint leaves. Whether you’re looking to make green chutney to dip on dishes like Sandwich, samosas, to eat along with roti & rice, or to spread on dishes like vada pav, dosas.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Coriander leaves – 1 cup
  • Mint leaves – 1 cup
  • Garlic Cloves – 4
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Green Chilli – 2
  • Jeera Powder – ½ tsp
  • Chat Masala – 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida (Hing) – ½ tsp (optional)
  • Sugar – ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water – ¼ cup
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Firstly, in a blender add 1 cup coriander leaves.

2. Add 1 cup mint leaves.

3. Add 4 cloves of garlic.

4. Add 1 inch ginger into a mixi jar.

5. Further add 2 green chillies.

6. Add ½ tsp cumin powder.

7. Add 1 tsp chat masala.

8. Add ½ tsp hing (optinal).

9. Add ¼ tsp sugar.

10. Add salt as per taste.

11. Lastly, add ¼ cup water or as required.

12. Now blend it to smooth paste.

13. Transfer to a bowl and 2 tbsp lemon juice.

14.Mix it well.

15. Green chutney is ready. ENJOY!!!!
