Fried Bread Recipe / Masala Bread / Kids Breakfast Recipe / Instant Fried Bread Recipe with detailed video and image recipe. Easy and healthy breakfast and snacks recipe.

INSTRUCTION:

  • Oil – 2-3 tsp
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves – 3-4
  • Onion – 1 finely chopped
  • Capsicum – ½ cup
  • Tomato – 1 finely chopped
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
  • Red chilli Powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Bread – 4 Slice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat a pan and add 2-3 tsp oil.

2. Add 1 tsp mustard seeds.

3. Add 3-4 curry leaves.

4. Add 1 finely chopped onion.

5. Saute till onions turns golden brown.

6. Add ½ cup finely chopped capsicum.

7. Further add 1 finely chopped tomato and saute for 2-3 minutes.

8. Now add ½ tsp turmeric powder.

9. Add ½ tsp red chilli powder.

10. Add salt as per taste.

11. Mix it well and saute for 2 minutes.

12. Further add 2 tbsp tomato sauce and mix well.

13. Now add 4 slices of bread ( cut into small pieces).

14. Mix it well. Stir and fry for 2 minutes.

15. Masala bread is ready, turn off the flame.

16. ENJOY!!!! yummy and delicious fried bread.
