Cherry Ice – Cream Recipe | No Churn, Eggless and Homemade Cherry Ice-Cream | Summer Special Recipe

This no-churn technique for Quick & Simple Homemade Cherry Ice Cream utilizes fresh cherries rather than frozen cherries, you can also use frozen cherries and make it all year! An ice cream machine isn’t required! Delicious cherry ice cream can be made by anybody! This recipe mainly prepared with 3 main ingridents – fresh juicy cherries, condensed milk and cream.

Standing in the shadow of a cherry tree ripe with cherries, plucking and eating them right on the spot, is a genuinely sublime experience. The nicest thing about creating your own ice cream is that it has no artificial additives or preservatives. You’ll never desire store-bought again after you’ve tried it! The juice from frozen cherries is used to generate a simple syrup that doesn’t need any additional sugar. There’s no need for high-end appliances.

Regular sweet cherries are used in this recipe, which have a milder taste than their sour cherry relatives but are simpler to come by. This ice cream benefits from the inclusion of chocolate and berry liqueur due to its mildness.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh Cherries – 300 grams
  • Whipping cream – 2 cups
  • Condensed Milk – 1 tin
  • Pink food colour – 2 drops (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Firstly, take 300 grams fresh cherry and remove the seeds.

2. Now add the cherries into a blender.

3. Prepare smooth puree without adding any water.

4. Transfer into a bowl and keep aside.

5. In a large chilled bowl take 2 cup thickened whipping cream or amul fresh cream.

6. Beat or whisk for 2 minute.

7. Now add 1 can condensed milk and beat till stiff peaks appear.

8. Stiff peak formed.

9. Add prepared cherry puree and beat or whisk again for 2 minutes or till the mixture combined well or smooth.

10. Add 2 drops of pink food colour (optional).

11. Mix till the colour combines well.

12. Transfer the prepared mixture into tray or jar.

13. Cover with the lid and freeze for 8 hours or till it sets completely.

14. Ice-cream sets completely.

15. Further dip the ice cream scooper in warm water and scoop ice cream.

16. Serve cherry ice cream garnished with fresh cherries. ENJOY…..
