For chocolates and strawberry lovers alike, the dark chocolate strawberry dessert is a terrific valentine’s day celebration dessert. A soft and airy fresh strawberry sauce fills a delectable dark chocolate mousse. These amorous sweets are finished off with a delicious chocolate cake, rich strawberry frosting, oozy chocolate mousse, and a lovely chocolate coated strawberry. This Valentine’s Day, the simplest (and most delectable) approach to say I love you!

Beautiful chocolate coated strawberry cake with handmade strawberry sauce on the interior. This delicious chocolate strawberry dessert is the ideal treat for Valentine’s Day or any other occasion! To make it even more decadent, sprinkle chocolate ganache on top. This cake is perfect for both chocolate and strawberry fans. For want of a better phrase, the chocolate cake is oh-so chocolate-y, and the soft, airy strawberry sauce brightens up an already indulgent chocolate cake. 

We’re going to start this Valentine’s Day celebration off properly with the most romantic dish of all: chocolate coated strawberries. The only thing greater than melting chocolate is melted chocolate combined with a juicy, delicious strawberry.

INGREDIENTS:

For Straberry Sauce:

  • Straberries – 10-12 chopped
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Water – 1-2 tsp
  • Red food colour – 1 drop (Optional)

For Chocolate Ganache:

  • Dark Chocolate – 200 grams
  • Fresh Cream – 250 ml

For Bread Cake :

  • Bread – 9 slices

For Flower Decoration :

  • Straberries – 3

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Firstly, take a pan and add 10-12 chopped strawberries.

2. Add 1 tbsp sugar and mix well.

3. Add 1-2 tsp water.

4. Add 1 drop of red food color (optional).

5. Cook on medium flame for 5-10 minutes till the sauce thickens.

6. Sauce is done, let it cool down.

7. Take a big bowl and add 200 gram dark chocolate.

8. Add 250 ml fresh cream.

9. Mix till the chocolate and cream mix well by using double boiler method.

10. Ganache is ready, let it cool down.

11. For heart shape cake, take 9 slice of bread.

12. Remove the edges of bread.

13. Now place the breads as shown in image.

14. Then place a bowl and cut the breads in arch shape.

15. Heart is ready from bread.

16. Lets prepare the flower from strawberry for decoration.

17. Take a strawberry and cut as shown in image or video.

18. Strawberry flower is ready.

19. Lets assemble the cake, firstly take a plate or cake board and apply ganache on plate to secure the base.

20. Now place the bread slice.

21. Apply sugar syrup (2 tbsp sugar + 1/2 cup water).

22. Then apply chocolate ganache.

23. Apply prepared strawberry sauce.

24. Repeate the process.

25. Cover the bread with chocolate ganache from all sides.

26. Lets decorate cake with strawberry slices.

27. Finally placed the strawberry flowers.
