INGREDIENTS:

  • Bel (Stone or wood apple) – 1 large
  • Water – 1½ Liter
  • Powdered Sugar – 4-5 tsp
  • Ice cubes – 4-5
  • Few mint leaves.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Firstly, take 1 large bel (Stone or wood apple).

2. Next break the bel with the help of rolling pin or kitchen hammer.

3. Now scoop out the pulp from the shell.

4. The seeds in the bael are bitter, so remove the seeds.

5. Add 1 glass of cold water.

6. Mash it a little with hands or masher gently. Mashed gently and all the fiber and seeds will be seprated.

7. Now let’s extract the juice..

8. Take a large bowl and place a strainer.

9. Then pour the pulp and strain it.

10. Strain the pulp gently.

11. Thick juice of bael is ready.

12. Add 4-5 tsp powdered sugar or as per taste.

13. Mix well.

14. Add 1 ltr. chilled water and mix.

15. Bael Sharbat is ready to serve.

16. Take a glass add 4-5 ice cubes.

17. Add few mint leaves.

18. Finally pour the prepared bael juice and mix.
