INGREDIENTS:

  • Banana : 1 ripe
  • Egg : 1
  • Oil : 2 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence : 1 tsp
  • Powdered Sugar : 1/3 cup
  • All Purpose Flour (Maida) : 1 cup
  • Baking Powder : 1 tsp
  • Milk : 4-5 tsp (if required)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Take 1 ripe banana in a big bowl.

2. Mash it as smooth as posssible.

3. Now add 1 egg and mix it well.

4. Then add 1/3 cup powdered sugar. Mix well.

5. Add 2 tsp oil.

6. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence.

7. Mix it well.

8. Further, add 1 cup all purpose flour (Maida).

9. Add 1 tsp baking powder.

10. Mix it well.

11. Pancake batter is ready.

12. Next grease a pan with oil.

13. Now pour the prepare batter and make pancakes. Keep the flame low.

14. Flip the pancake and cook from both sides.

15. The pancake is ready, now take it out on a plate.

16. ENJOY!!! Delicious pancake with chocolate  and maple syrup or honey.
