INGREDIENTS:

  • Tomatoes – 4-5 (roughly chopped)
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilli – 2
  • Ginger – ½ inch
  • Cashew – 7-8
  • Jaggery – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water – 3 tsp

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Firstly take a blender jar and add 4-5 roughly chopped tomatoes.

2. Add 1 tbsp coriander leaves.

3. Add 2 chopped green chillies.

4. Add ½ inch ginger peeled and sliced.

5. Add 7-8 cashew nuts.

6. further add 1 tbsp jaggery or jaggery powder.

7. Add 1 tsp lemon juice.

8. Add ½ tsp red chilli powder.

9. Salt as per taste.

10. Lastly, add 3 tsp water and blend to smooth paste.

11. Tomato chutney is ready, transfer it into a bowl and serve.

12. ENJOY!!! tomato chutney with roti or rice or fritters.
