Bread cake recipe without the use of microwave oven and eggs, it even requires less equipment’s and is very easy to make. This recipe can be made at any point in time without much worry, it can be used as a party cake or as a gift for loved ones.

This recipe requires just 10 min to make and it tastes like just any other market cake. The recipe requires whip cream, some bread, and cornflour mixed with fruit juice for the decoration, it does not include egg, which makes it ideal for vegetarians. With that said I am sharing this recipe which uses bread and cream as a base and cornflour mixed with fruit juice as a decoration. There is no baking involved in this recipe, so no hassle of waiting for the baking.
For making this recipe a remarkable achievement of yours here are some tips and recommendations. Firstly, remove the hard part of the bread so that only the spongy part remains, then secondly go layer by layer in the first bread then whip cream then bread and whip cream until it gets to the desired height. Secondly, add butter to every layer of bread. Lastly, cook the mixture (cornflour and fruit juice) on medium flames until it thickens.

INGREDIENTS:
For Frosting Cream:
- Whipping Cream – 1 bowl
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
For Cake Decoration:
- Corn Flour – 1 tbsp
- Mixed Fruit Juice – ½ bowl
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Chocolate Syrup – as per requirement.
For Cake:
- Bread – 12 slices
- Mixed Fruit Juice – ½ bowl
DIRECTIONS:
- Take 1 bowl of whipping cream.
2. Add 2 tsp sugar.
3. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence.
4. Now beat until stiff peak formed.
5. Cream is ready for frosting, keep aside.
6. Further, take 12 bread slices and trim the edges.
7. Take a plate with flat surface and spread the whipped cream on it.
8. Put 4 bread slice on it.
9. Spread mixed fruit juice on bread slices.
10. Then again spread the prepared whipped cream, then bread slices and mixed fruit juice.
11. Repeat the process until all bread slices placed.
12. Now cover the bread or cake from all sides with whipped cream. And keep the cake in fridge and prepare the syrup for cake decoration.
13. For making cake decoration syrup, take 1 tbsp corn flour in a bowl.
14. Then add ½ bowl of mixed fruit juice.
15. Mix it well. Make sure there are no lumps formed in it.
16. Add 2 tsp sugar and mix it well.
17. Next, heat a pan and pour the prepared mixture of mixed fruit juice.
18. Stir continuously, cook on medium flame until thickens.
19. The mixed fruit juice syrup is ready, turn off the flame. Let it cool down completely.
20. Now pour the mixed fruit juice syrup and chocolate syrup (i used Hershey chocolate syurp) in a cone and start decorating the cake.
21. You can decorate the cake as per your choice.
22. Make design with the help of toothpick.
