INGREDIENTS:
- Milk – ½ Litre
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Custard Powder – 3 tbsp
- Cold Milk – 3-4 tbsp (add more if required)
- Banana – ½ bowl
- Apple – ½ bowl
- Mango – ½ bowl
- Pomegranate – ½ bowl or Add any fruits of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
- Firstly, take ½ litre milk in a sauce pan.
2. Stir occasionally and get the milk to boil.
3. Once milk boiled add 1 cup sugar (as per your taste) and mix it well.
4. Meanwhile, in a bowl take 3 tbsp of custard powder.
5. Add 3-4 tbsp of cold milk and mix well. Don’t use hot milk as custard powder will curdle.
6. Stir continuously, making sure there are no lumps formed in it.
7. Once the milk has boiled, pour the prepared custard mixture.
8. Mix continuously on low flame.
9. Once it thickens slightly, then switch off the flame.
10. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool completely. Once the custard milk has cooled completely, add fruits of your choice.
11. Add ½ bowl chopped Banana.
12. Add ½ bowl chopped Apple.
13. Add ½ bowl chopped Mango.
14. Add ½ bowl Pomegranate.
15. Gently mix all the fruits and put it into freeze for 1-2 hours.
