Stuffed Paneer Bread Roll

It’s a famous bread roll dish with shredded paneer as well as other dry seasonings filled within. These are great party starters and nibbles to wow your guests with, or simply as an occasional treat. These are usually served with tomato sauce or hot green chutney on the side.

The dish is made in the same way as the famous street food bread roll. The key variation in each recipe is the filling! Plain bread rolls include cooked and mashed aloo, and paneer bread rolls contain mostly shredded paneer. Indian cottage cheese is used to make a fast bread snack.

With some bread slices and cottage cheese filling, Bread Paneer Rolls are perhaps the simplest and fastest snack you can create. Produce this often with varied paneer stuffing recipes to make a tasty teatime snack.

This dish is also suitable for children. This evening snack will appeal to your little one. People will like it as a starter, with the cottage cheese providing all of the moisture and the bread providing the crunchiness is the perfect duo.

These bread rolls may be toasted or shallow fried and can be double or quadrupled in size. We recommend using not-too-fresh bread for shallow frying since it absorbs a lot of oil. To remove extra moisture from the bread pieces, softly toast them on the tawa for a few minutes. Don’t overdo it since the bread will get extremely dry and won’t roll nicely.
