Healthy Palak Paratha Recipe | पालक पराठा | Spinach Paratha Recipe

Palak paratha is an Indian flatbread without any yeast that is crunchy on the exterior and tender on the inside. It’s created with spinach known as palak, whole wheat flour, chilies, and some spices, and it can be devoid of onion and garlic. Serve this delectable flatbread over with butter, curd, or pickle for breakfast.

Paratha is generally unleavened Indian bread that comes in a variety of flavors and fillings. Because parathas are traditionally named for their fillings, and palak in Hindi means spinach, this meal is called “palak paratha.” This spinach paratha is a terrific nutritious option that combines healthy greens and has a gorgeous brilliant green hue. It’s particularly beneficial for kids who aren’t fond of spinach.

Parathas are a common breakfast meal among Punjabi households in Northern India. The parathas are fried in a lot of ghee in Punjab to turn them crispy brown, but you may alternatively cook them in oil or ghee. We cooked these parathas with sufficient oil, so they’re a little crunchy. Reduce the amount of oil in the paratha if you want it to be less crispy.

It is preferable to use the flattening and folding method while producing parathas. Gently apply or ghee to the dough as you roll it out and fold it. This results in stacked parathas with a delicate texture on the interior. You can prepare numerous shapes if the parathas.
